Reynco is partnered with a leading Construction Product Manufacturer to assist with appointing a Technical Sales Manager as they continue to build and grow across the UK. This role will cover the London Area with a core focus on roofing new build projects.
Remuneration: Salary - £50/£52K OTE £65,000 – £75,000 (DOE) Benefits: Car/Car allowance, Company Bonus, Pension, Medical Location: North & Central London & Surrounding Counties

Operating nationally, they partner with major contractors, consultants, and public authorities to deliver performance driven solutions on complex construction projects. This is a business with significant heritage and market recognition, investing heavily in R&D and sustainability, and offering outstanding progression and earning potential for high-performing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specification sales pipeline working closely with specifiers (Surveyors, Local Authorities, Building Owners, Architects etc).
- Build relationships with Roofing Contractors to introduce product capabilities and collaborate on future project activity.
- Maintain regular and effective liaison with existing clients to understand their needs and drivers and exceed expectations. Maximise business opportunity through specification sales and networking.
- Identify new clients and develop a strategy to maximise opportunities including arranging and delivering CPD seminars.
- Ensure that you maintain a positive and proactive level of communication with the existing contractor network, including regular meetings, to engender mutual trust and understanding.
- Seek and create new business by developing a clear understanding of market sector opportunity in your area and prioritising specifying clients within these sectors.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Technically focused Construction Product background.
- Must have Technical/Specification Sales experience within the new build sector.
- Dynamic relationship builder and very target driven.
- Proactive and able to work successfully using your own initiative and approach.
- Experience in a sales construction related environment or similar where relationship management and development is paramount.
