Reynco Ltd are delighted to be supporting a specialist roofing and cladding contractor as they look to appoint a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across London and the South East. This is a key delivery role within a growing business, offering long term stability, technical challenge and the opportunity to take ownership of multiple live envelope packages.

Our client is an established specialist contractor operating within the roofing and wider building envelope sector, delivering projects across London and the South East. The business supports a variety of construction programmes, providing technically focused roofing and envelope solutions within both new build and refurbishment environments. They are recognised for a practical, delivery led approach, strong site presence and collaborative working relationships across the supply chain. Growth has been steady and controlled, underpinned by a consistent workload and a clear focus on quality, safety and dependable project delivery.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full operational and commercial responsibility for multiple roofing and cladding projects from pre start through to completion. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate materials and plant, liaise closely with main contractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. The role requires a hands on approach to planning, reporting and site coordination. You will act as the main point of contact between site, client and internal management while maintaining high standards of workmanship, health and safety and commercial control across your projects.
The Ideal Candidate
You will come from a roofing and cladding background with proven experience managing projects on site. You will be comfortable running multiple schemes, managing labour and subcontractors, and dealing directly with main contractors and client teams. A minimum of three years site or project management experience within roofing and cladding is essential, along with a valid CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS. You will be organised, commercially aware and confident using Word and Excel as part of your day to day role. Experience delivering projects within London is highly desirable.
