The Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple high-value façade projects, typically up to £15M in value. - Oversee change control, variations and final account strategy
- Drive high standards across quality, H&S and operational delivery
- Support the wider business in developing repeat work and strengthening key client partnerships
The Ideal Candidate

- Strong track record delivering large, complex construction projects, ideally within data centre or major commercial environments
- Excellent commercial awareness and experience managing high‑value project portfolios

- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on delivery level
- Strong client-facing ability with a focus on building long‑term relationships
- Able to travel across the UK with occasional European travel
Why this role stands out
This is a genuinely high‑impact role within a growing business that is heavily embedded in the hyperscale data centre market.
