We’re hiring for a newly created Internal Technical Sales Coordinator role to work within a respected UK manufacturer of specialist roofing and waterproofing systems. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, innovation-led construction product business focused on high-performance flat roofing solutions.\\n\\nLocation: Nottingham (Office-Based)\\n\\nSalary: up to £35,000 (Depending on Experience)\\n\\nContract: Full-Time, Permanent\\n\\nStart Date: Immediate start available\\n\\nBased in their Nottingham office, you'll play a vital role supporting the Regional Technical Manager (RTM) in both sales and customer service—handling enquiries, generating leads, and contributing to business growth in the region. This is a non-travelling, office-based role ideal for someone from the construction or roofing sector looking for a stable and collaborative environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Handle a blend of customer interactions: contractors (both new and approved) and architects.\\n\\n * Support basic technical queries, pricing enquiries, product availability, and CPD bookings.\\n\\n * Follow up on leads generated by marketing and proactively seek out new opportunities with contractors and architects.\\n\\n * Assist the RTM in growing the regional pipeline through excellent service and product knowledge.\\n\\n * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and quotations using internal systems.\\n\\n * Support training initiatives and stay up-to-date with product and system developments.\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\n * Previous experience in the construction industry—ideally in roofing or waterproofing.\\n\\n * Strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.\\n\\n * IT savvy—confident using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.\\n\\n * A team player who’s personable, dependable, and driven to provide excellent service.\\n\\n * Experience dealing with contractors, merchants, or specifiers is desirable.\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\n * Salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience\\n\\n * Company pension scheme\\n\\n * Private health insurance\\n\\n * 25 days holiday (including 3 allocated for Christmas shutdown)\\n\\n * Annual bonus at the discretion of the directors\\n\\n * Supportive, tight-knit team with development opportunities in a growing business\\n\\nInterview Process\\n\\n * 1st Stage: Virtual via Microsoft Teams\\n\\n * 2nd Stage: In-person at the Nottingham office\\n\\nIf you are interested in applying for this role, please submit your CV for immediate review
