Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Global Data Quality & Governance Analyst to strengthen our Global Data Quality Operations. In this pivotal role, you will operationalise our Global Data Governance Framework, proactively establishing processes that reinforce data integrity and prevent critical business issues. Your expertise will help us create standardised data quality management capabilities that deliver actionable insights for financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives across our supply chain information systems (SCIS).
Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Quality Operations: Drive global resolution and prevention of critical data quality issues impacting financial consolidations and reporting. Design and maintain automated validation and monitoring processes that identify data integrity risks early on. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve root‑cause data quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Implement Embedded Data Governance: Integrate data quality governance into project management, assess risks, and ensure quality controls are proactively embedded in new processes. Conduct change impact assessments to pinpoint potential integrity risks prior to implementation. Collaborate closely with project teams to develop clear data quality requirements and validation criteria.
- Enhance Stakeholder Communication: Simplify complex technical data quality challenges into actionable, business‑focused risk narratives for supply chain leadership and stakeholders. Partner with global teams to define governance protocols, ensuring compliance and proactive management of data integrity. Facilitate resolution of systemic data quality issues through effective stakeholder alignment and ownership.
