Your Role: In this pivotal role as Head of Waste and Circularity, you will spearhead our waste reduction and resource recovery strategies while embracing the intricacies of legislation and contractor dynamics. - Vendor Management: Take the lead in the RFP process for waste management contractors, leveraging your industry insights to ensure compliance and maximise performance.
- Programme Development: Innovate and implement groundbreaking recycling systems and closed-loop solutions within our UK & IE Circularity Programme.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, effectively winning their hearts and minds to support our circularity initiatives.
- Data Governance: Establish best practices for tracking programme progress, ensuring robust measurement of impact, and delivering actionable insights.
