Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Lead the RFP process for waste management vendors, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met.
  • Programme Development: Design and implement our UK & IE Circularity Programme, focusing on innovative recycling systems and closed-loop solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving awareness of our circularity initiatives.
  • Data Governance: Establish best practices for tracking programme progress, measuring impact, and reporting insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A seasoned people leader with extensive experience in sustainability or waste management.
  • An expert in waste valuation methodologies and recycling systems, combined with a strong understanding of data governance.
