Overview: At Martin Brower, we believe that sustainability and innovation go hand in hand. We are on the lookout for an inspiring Head of Waste and Circularity to drive our circular economy initiatives and create meaningful change across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Lead the RFP process for waste management vendors, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met.
- Programme Development: Design and implement our UK & IE Circularity Programme, focusing on innovative recycling systems and closed-loop solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving awareness of our circularity initiatives.
- Data Governance: Establish best practices for tracking programme progress, measuring impact, and reporting insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
