Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the school, translating visioninto clear priorities that drive continuous improvement andstrong outcomes for pupils.
- Ensure safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, behaviour andattendance remain at the centre of school life.
- Lead, support and develop staff to secure consistently highquality teaching and learning.
- Oversee the curriculum, resources and budget to maximiseeducational opportunities and achievement for all pupils.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, governors, the Trustand the wider community, acting as an ambassador for theschool.
