Commercial & Customer Support
Assist in managing commercial orders and give best-in-class responses to customer enquiries, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication with our customers. Act as a key internal contact, providing our external sales team with the information they need to succeed.
Supplier & Planning Coordination
Help manage the purchase order book, learning how we drive on-time delivery from our global supply base. Support the resolution of delivery or quality challenges to protect our production schedules. Assist in managing key supplier relationships with our manufacturing plants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement
Learn to champion the effective use of SAP and our CRM system, understanding the importance of data integrity. Help develop and analyse departmental KPIs, such as On-Time Delivery, Order Intake and Revenue. Participate in projects to review and enhance team processes, boosting efficiency and service levels.
Key Account & Inventory Management
Gain exposure to bespoke inventory management by helping to analyse stock performance and availability. Support the team in translating customer forecasts into actionable plans for our supply chain.
Qualifications

- Education: Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business and/or Engineering or a related field.

Our trainee programme as a "Supply Chain Management Graduate" is your career start in an internationally successful company. In 18-24 months, you will pass through all aspects of the supply chain in our Sales Unit in St Neots with time allocated abroad that is individually tailored to give you the best experience and knowledge. You will be required to evidence your right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants would not be provided with a Skilled Worker visa for this role and will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right to work in the UK.
