We are looking for a Project Purchasing Manager to define and implement purchasing strategies, drive cost-saving projects, and optimise our supply chain in terms of cost, time, and supplier quality. You will support and communicate the DC-MO strategic goals within the central Purchasing Organisation and foster cross-departmental teamwork. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing a team of Purchasing Engineers responsible for component development to serial production. Coordinating purchasing projects based on business unit and supply chain strategies. Aligning international supply chain optimisation activities with our second production location in Querétaro, Mexico. Reporting on purchasing project cost savings. You will act as the interface between the business unit, material-related purchasing, and suppliers. Qualifications We are seeking candidates with: Experience managing a team with strong leadership and team-building skills. Proven expertise in purchasing and supply chain management. Knowledge of internal purchasing processes within Bosch Rexroth. Experience establishing global supply chains, especially in main commodities like casting, machining, and forging. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an international organisation. Results-oriented, independent, structured, and assertive.
