The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You will be supporting the Regional Manager by proactively coordinating customer projects within agreed timescales and KPIs, whilst ensuring a commitment to service excellence.
We are looking for you to pull upon your previous experience to be organised, customer focused and able to work in a fast paced, re-active setting to ensure that we are meeting our customers’ expectations.
Project Co-ordinator – Experience & Attributes:

Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)

Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous

A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure

An ability to recognise sales opportunities

Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role and managing multiple deadlines and priorities whilst ensuring high levels of quality.

Customer service background, working in a customer led role, understanding customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.

Experience of producing, analysing and monitoring reports to identify measurable outputs.
