Are you an experienced Payroll Manager, looking for an opportunity to make real impact, optimise processes and lead and delevlop a fantatsic team?
As Payroll Manager here at Rexel you will play a pivotal rol in the leadership and motivation of the payroll team to deliver accurate and efficient monthly and annual payroll processes.
Working as a key member of the People team, you will ensure timely service delivery while maintaining quality and consistency across the payroll processes.
You will promote and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, developing the payroll team to be efficient, streamlined, and customer focused.
