Join Our Team as an Internal Sales Person at Rexel Harrogate, working a Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 shift pattern.

About the Role:

As an Internal Sales Person, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service to our customers, both over the phone and face to face. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer accounts and building lasting relationships, ensuring an understanding of their needs and securing repeat business.
  • You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Providing expert advice on our extensive range of electrical products and services.
  • Providing tailored solutions and advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and branch goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in electrical wholesale or any wholesale environment is desirable but not essential
  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
