Overview

We are looking for a HGV / Class 2 Driver to join our Exeter Hub, working Monday to Friday, 23:30 – 08:30.

Rexel is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. Our goal is to provide smart electrical solutions that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries.

Responsibilities

As a Class 2 Driver, you will support the operation by delivering stock or pre-packed customer orders to our Branch network. This will involve multi-drop routes with 5–8 deliveries to our closed branches, where you will need to unlock, unload and lock up behind yourself.

Ideally, you will be a confident driver with experience in off-loading goods using tail lifts, pump trucks, etc.

Qualifications

At Rexel, we prioritise behaviours and potential. The essential requirements for the Driver role include:

  • DRIVING: Hold a Class 2 Licence, with no more than 3 points
  • Hold valid In-date CPC & DIGI Tacho Card
  • EXPERIENCE: 12 months Class 2 multi-drop delivery experience
  • ADAPTABILITY: Ability to switch up your day to support the business needs
