We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Chester, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be the key connection between our organisation and our valued customers, managing existing accounts whilst developing new business opportunities to meet and exceed branch targets. You will deliver exceptional sales service through multiple channels—telephone, face-to-face, and email—building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty. - Manage and nurture a live portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction

- Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts through phone, email, and in-branch interactions, acting as the first point of contact
