Overseeing daily branch operations, you’ll ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest health and safety standards. You’ll be a motivating coach and mentor, developing your team to reach their full potential, and act as the go-to escalation point for customer or operational issues, resolving them quickly and decisively. When the Business Manager is away, you’ll confidently step in, making key decisions to keep the branch running smoothly.
