Are you an experienced leader ready to drive business growth and operational excellence? Rexel UK is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Area Branch Manager to lead our Birmingham hub branch.
About the Role: As the Area Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, development, and management of our Birmingham branch. You will lead a dedicated and experienced team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive the achievement of sales and profitability targets. You will also play a key role in business continuity, crisis management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Area to drive overall business growth and performance.
- Monitor and drive sales performance across branches, ensuring sales and contribution targets are met.
- Manage P&L OPEX across branches to optimise financial performance and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead team development and leadership initiatives across branches, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee stock management across branches, ensuring availability and minimising excess inventory through effective forecasting and planning.
