Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans to drive profitable performance and achieve growth targets.
- Execute agreed customer plans for selected accounts, ensuring quality customer contact and effective implementation.
- Ensure the branch meets service targets across all business segments, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor sales, profitability, and service KPIs, taking appropriate action to ensure targets are met; ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other branches, support functions, and stakeholders to contribute to the effective operation of the business.
- Use data to create reports for strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management; provide feedback and insights to branch colleagues and management.
- Lead, develop, and engage branch colleagues to meet performance targets, support career development, and foster a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities and strengthen partnerships.
