You will support the Business Manager to hit sales, service and operational targets while leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Overseeing daily branch operations, you'll ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest health and safety standards. You'll be a motivating coach and mentor, developing your team to reach their full potential, and act as the go-to escalation point for customer or operational issues, resolving them quickly and decisively. When the Business Manager is away, you'll confidently step in, making key decisions to keep the branch running smoothly.
