Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Warehouse Operatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Assist in conducting cycle counts, returns and logging supplier discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with management & team members.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse.

- Experience: Strong warehouse experience, safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods‑in and goods‑out, loading/unloading trailers, palletising, basic stock replenishment and use of warehouse equipment.
- Comfortable working to tight SLAs and shift patterns in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
- Communication: Clear communicator with experience liaising with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross‑functional teams; confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, giving and receiving instructions.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch up your day when needed to support the business’s needs.
