Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to oversee the implementation and development of our cutting-edge SmartStock solutions. In this role, you’ll manage the installation of new SmartStock sites, enhance existing ones, and ensure seamless integration and maximum customer adoption. Acting as the vital link between internal teams, customers, and external partners, you’ll drive customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role will include traveling to client sites to support stock inventories.

Job Description: You will oversee the effective implementation of new SmartStock installations and the development of existing SmartStock sites. This role involves managing all aspects of the implementation process and ongoing site management, ensuring maximum customer adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and ensuring the seamless integration of SmartStock solutions into client operations.

  • Implementing, mobilizing and ongoing maintenance of SmartStock Solution installations.
  • Acting as the liaison between the internal SmartStock coordinators, Rexel, Inventor-e and customer to ensure that all required tasks and milestones are met to hit implementation date.
  • Coordinating with the Customer, Internal SmartStock Coordinators and Branch Colleagues to project manage multiple implementations simultaneously across designated areas.
  • Delivering all relevant Key Performance Indicators, targets and objectives.
  • Actively keeping up to date with current and new Rexel SmartStock Solutions, customer offers and being considered an expert to support both customers and Rexel Teams.
  • Supporting and ensuring that inventory levels are optimized, highlighting any possible additions to the profile to increase Rexel SOW.
  • Delivering live training sessions of the full suite solutions to customers at their premises as well as exhibitions, branch demonstration days and seminars.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent Customer Service, with experience of dealing with customer through multiple channels.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Experience of store operations.
  • A deep knowledge of Excel to be able to produce clear reporting.
  • M3 and Rexel customer proposition and operations knowledge also desirable.
