Immediate Start – 3 months fixed term role – Monday to Friday Shift Pattern. Price Adoption Coordinator to join our Pricing Team and support a new project. We’re seeking commercial minded people to support pricing benchmarking, provide front‑line branch support during a pricing trial, and help drive adoption of our new Pricing Portal across the branch network. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an interest in pricing, retail operations or commercial analysis. This is a Hybrid role – 3 days working within localised branches with potential further travel required.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct product matching to benchmark SKUs against market equivalents using agreed criteria (specification, pack size, unit metrics).
- Maintain and update benchmarking records and flag anomalies for the Pricing team.
- Support branches during a pricing trial, answering queries, helping implement operational changes and documenting common issues and resolutions.
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations and one‑to‑one guidance to support rollout of the Pricing Portal; collect user feedback and report usability issues.
- Monitor trial performance and branch feedback, sharing insights to help refine pricing and rollout plans.
- Coach and train branch colleagues on new processes to ensure customers receive the correct price first time.
- Track adoption metrics and support basic troubleshooting for branch users.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and good numeracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient with Excel and able to follow structured matching rules.
- Customer‑service mindset with experience in a branch or customer‑facing environment desirable.
- Interest or basic experience in pricing, commercial analysis or retail operations an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical products beneficial but not essential.
- Quick learner with the ability to support others in using new systems.
