Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Rexel, you will drive profitable growth by gaining market share and creating future pipeline opportunities within specific segments or product specialisms. The role involves collaborating with branch-based teams to create exceptional customer relationships and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic roadmap using data-driven insights to increase market share and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of customer partnerships.
  • Create strategic relationships with customers for long-term opportunities.
  • Develop value-proposition solutions and govern pricing, margins, and contract profitability.
  • Adapt strategies based on market and segment changes to drive long-term growth.
  • Promote multichannel adoption to innovate customer propositions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and OTIF through collaboration with internal experts.
  • Upskill internal teams, ensuring clear account ownership and regular reviews to achieve growth targets.
