Our Internal Sales Opportunity is based at our Dumbarton branch and will be a part‑time role working 20 hours Mon‑Fri. Job Description:

As an Internal Sales Person, you will provide effective management of existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets by delivering an excellent sales service. You will provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face‑to‑face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty. You will manage an active portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. You may also support the wider branch team by picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customer orders are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
  • Provide customer support across multiple channels (phone, face‑to‑face, email).
  • Cooperate with the Trade Counter and warehouse teams to fulfil orders.
  • Meet or exceed branch sales targets.
