We’re looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to join our team and make a real impact! In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with leaders to enhance their capability in all aspects of people management. By providing expert guidance and fostering an environment of unbiased, inclusive, and capability-based decision-making, you’ll help drive optimal people solutions that benefit both individuals and the organisation. Your mission will also include proactively reducing formal cases by equipping leaders with the tools and confidence to address challenges effectively and constructively. Responsibilities
- Identify optimal solutions and outcomes to people activity – both formal and informal
- Coaching Leaders – provision of quality support and advice through coaching questions (not tell) on all people changes and issues
- People activity review and analysis to identify trends/pattern, conduct root cause analysis on systemic issues and recommend solutions for improvement to change (e.g., Leadership behaviour/action)
- Ensure people decisions are legally compliant risk-assessed, fair, proportionate and alignment to strategic focus - with performance and behaviours at the heart (why, what and how)
- Policy/Guidelines Enhancement: Identifying opportunities to enhance through language, tone, legislation, best practice and industry trends

- MANAGES COMPLEXITY– Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise
