Job Description

As one of the Finance Business Partners for our Sales Network, you’ll be the finance lead for your region’s P&L. You’ll translate financial data into practical insights, influence operational decision‑making, and partner with leadership and supporting teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary finance partner to a region within our branch network and its teams, building strong relationships and supporting commercial decisions with clear, timely financial insight.
  • Support with budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring for the full Network; driving alignment with the UK budget and Group metrics.
  • Use data analytics to quickly identify performance trends, risks and opportunities, and communicate findings in a way that drives action.
  • Support the Commercial Finance Director in strategy development and delivery across the UK Supply Chain.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives: design, implement and monitor plans that improve productivity and financial outcomes.
  • Take on ad‑hoc company‑wide projects and support cross‑functional workstreams as required.
  • Participate in regular on‑site visits (at least once a week) to embed partnership with operational teams and promote excellence.

  • Full or part of a Financial qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial mindset with previous experience partnering whilst looking to develop this from a financial base.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to convert data into insightful recommendations.
  • Confident communicator who can explain complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and supporting change initiatives.
