Job Description:

As an Internal Sales Person, you are the key connection to provide effective management of existing customer accounts and to develop new business to meet your branch targets by providing an excellent sales service. Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face‐to‐face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty. Manage an active portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Serve as the first point of call for key account clients. Understand individual client requirements, build rapport and grow your client portfolio. Support the wider branch team by serving on the trade counter and picking and packing products in the warehouse to ensure orders are completed on time.
