Join Rexel Heathrow as an Assistant Branch Manager. Rexel, a leading distributor of electrical products and solutions, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Heathrow.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead the team by example.
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to the growth and profitability of the branch.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, inventory, and staff development.
Experience & Attributes
- Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
- Customer-centric with a customer service background
- Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role with attention to detail
- Ability to embrace change and new technologies
- Excellent communication skills (persuasion and influencing)
- Intermediate IT skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
