Join Rexel Heathrow as an Assistant Branch Manager. Rexel, a leading distributor of electrical products and solutions, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Heathrow.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead the team by example.
  • Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and profitability of the branch.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, inventory, and staff development.

Experience & Attributes

  • Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
  • Customer-centric with a customer service background
  • Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role with attention to detail
  • Ability to embrace change and new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (persuasion and influencing)
  • Intermediate IT skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
