Job Description:
Reporting to the Area Branch Manager you will support branch performance by coaching and motivating the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with company and health & safety standards. You will monitor key metrics (quote conversion, overrides, inventory) to drive improvements, manage customer accounts, pricing and terms to protect profitability, and resolve operational or customer issues. You will identify training needs, support promotional activity, work closely with supply chain and finance, and prepare regular performance reports β stepping in for the Area Branch Manager as required.
