Responsibilities
- Support branch performance by coaching and motivating the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with company and health & safety standards.
- Monitor key metrics (quote conversion, overrides, inventory) to drive improvements.
- Manage customer accounts, pricing and terms to protect profitability, and resolve operational or customer issues.
- Identify training needs, support promotional activity, work with supply chain and finance, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Step in for the Area Branch Manager as required.
