About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to oversee the implementation and development of our cutting‑edge SmartStock solutions. In this role you’ll manage the installation of new SmartStock sites and enhance existing ones, ensuring seamless integration and maximum customer adoption. You will be the vital link between internal teams, customers, and external partners, driving customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role includes travelling to client sites to support stock inventories.
Job Description
You will oversee the effective implementation of new SmartStock installations and the development of existing sites. The role involves managing all aspects of the implementation process and ongoing site management, ensuring maximum customer adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing, mobilising and ongoing maintenance of SmartStock Solution installations.
- Acting as the liaison between internal SmartStock coordinators, Rexel, Inventor‑e and customers to ensure all required tasks and milestones are met to hit implementation date.
- Co‑ordinating with the customer, internal SmartStock coordinators and branch colleagues to project‑manage multiple implementations simultaneously across designated areas.
- Delivering all relevant Key Performance Indicators, targets and objectives.
- Keeping up to date with current and new Rexel SmartStock solutions and customer offers and acting as an expert to support both customers and Rexel teams.
- Supporting and ensuring inventory levels are optimised, highlighting any possible additions to the profile to increase Rexel SOW.
- Delivering live training sessions of the full suite solutions to customers at their premises, exhibitions, branch demonstration days and seminars.
