Job Description:
This role is pivotal in driving sales, collaborating with branch‑based teams and creating exceptional customer relationships and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap: Use data‑driven insights and tools to create a plan to increase market share within a defined geography/segment/specialist product group, identifying potential long‑term growth opportunities through new offerings, markets, or revenue streams.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of customer partnerships.
- Customer Partnerships: Create partnerships and strategic relationships with customers (brands/business) for long‑term future opportunity.
- Value Proposition Development: Create tailored solutions leveraging preferred suppliers to drive innovation and profitability.
- Pricing and Profitability: Govern regional pricing, margins and contract profitability.
