Job Description

As an Internal Sales Person, you are the key connection to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets by delivering an excellent sales service.

  • Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face‑to‑face or via e‑mail, driving customer loyalty.
  • Manage an active portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
  • Serve as the first point of call for key account clients.
  • Understand individual client requirements, build rapport and grow your client portfolio.
  • Support the wider branch team, serve on the trade counter and pick and pack products in the warehouse to ensure orders are completed on time.
