This role supports a part‑time working week with reduced hours Monday to Friday or 3–4 days a week. Job Description

  • Manage effective relationships with existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face‑to‑face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage a portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts; serve as first point of call for key account clients.
  • Understand individual client requirements, build rapport and grow your client portfolio.
  • Support the wider branch team by serving on the trade counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure orders are completed on time.

You are customer‑centric and a self‑starter, enjoying developing the business through face‑to‑face and phone‑based relationships, becoming the subject‑matter expert for your customers. You have a flexible approach and can work under pressure while identifying business opportunities.
