We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Sidcup Hub, working a Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 shift pattern. This role is to support the Branch by ensuring that all Next Day and Same Day deliveries are picked, packed and delivered on time across the Sidcup Area. This involves leading a team of 5 people within Warehouse and Delivery. You'll be route planning and checking in on the warehouse operatives' activity to provide support where needed daily.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Branch Manager and Sales team to understand order priorities and communicate updates effectively.
- Lead and manage 2 x Warehouse Operatives and 3 x Delivery Drivers.
- Route plan daily deliveries to ensure efficient and timely service via our PODFather system.
- Monitor the team's daily activity and check in regularly with them, providing support where needed.
- Help maintain & improve warehouse and delivery operation Health & Safety standards.
- Ensure a high level of service and on-time delivery performance.
