We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to take on the exciting role of overseeing the implementation and development of our cutting‑edge SmartStock solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the installation of new SmartStock sites and enhancing existing ones, ensuring seamless integration and maximum customer adoption. Acting as the vital link between internal teams, customers, and external partners, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role will include travelling to client sites to support with the stock inventories.

You will oversee the effective implementation of new SmartStock installations and the development of existing SmartStock sites. This role involves managing all aspects of the implementation process and ongoing site management, ensuring maximum customer adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and ensuring the seamless integration of SmartStock solutions into client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing, mobilising and ongoing maintenance of SmartStock Solution installations.
  • Acting as the liaison between the internal SmartStock co‑ordinators, Rexel, Inventor‑e and customer to ensure that all required tasks and milestones are met to hit implementation date.
  • Co‑ordinating with the Customer, Internal SmartStock Co‑ordinators and Branch Colleagues project manage multiple implementations simultaneously across designated areas.
  • Delivering all relevant Key Performance Indicators, targets and objectives are achieved.
  • Actively keep up to date with current and new Rexel SmartStock Solutions, customer offers and be considered an expert to support both customers and Rexel Teams.
  • Support and ensure that inventory levels are optimised, any possible additions to profile are highlighted to the customer to increase Rexel SOW.
  • Delivering live training sessions of the full suite solutions to Customers at their premises as well as exhibitions, branch demonstration days and seminars.
  • Supporting in stores - goods in and goods out.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

  • A full valid UK driving license.
  • Excellent Customer Service, with experience of dealing with customer through multiple channels.
  • To have experience of project management.
  • Experience of stores operations.
  • A deep knowledge of Excel to be able to produce clear reporting.
  • M3 and Rexel customer proposition and operations knowledge also desirable.
  • Stores experience - goods in / goods out will also be advantageous.
