Do you enjoy regional travel (which is fully expensed) and working to support branches to help cover rota gaps? If so, our Regional Internal Sales Opportunity based at our Lancaster branch could be the perfect next step!

This is a role which would suit an individual who enjoys agile working, is flexible to travel between branches in the North West region and is ambitious for career development. Whilst you will be based at our Lancaster branch you will regularly support other branches in the region (multi-site) helping to cover rota gaps during holidays, sickness and gaps in rotas. The flexible nature of this role is fully compensated and travel to sites other than your home branch is fully expensed.

This is an exciting role to get to know and work with multiple teams, have your own ledger to manage and get to be a real subject matter expert at multiple branches whilst being compensated for flexibility and agile approach.

Job Description:

As an Internal Sales Person, you are the key connection to provide effective management of existing customer accounts and developing new business to meet your Branch targets by providing an excellent sales service. You will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty. You’ll manage an alive portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio. You may also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.
