We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Warrington Hub team, on our Night Shift - Monday to Friday 21:30 - 06:00.

Job Description
In this role, you’ll support the Shift Manager in making sure our customers and business needs are met by overseeing product movements, maintaining high service standards, and helping to develop a strong and effective team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys leading by example, keeping things running smoothly, and working in a fast-paced environment where safety and service really matter.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead, support and motivate the warehouse operative team to achieve service levels safely and effectively
- Keep the Shift Leader updated on any operational or administrative issues, so the team stays informed and prepared
- Move stock efficiently and safely in line with operating procedures and required timescales
- Ensure audit and security requirements are followed for company commercial vehicles
- Meet picking, packing and goods movement targets, including goods in and loading
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policies
- Look after the equipment you use, including PPE, manual handling equipment and hand tools, and report any issues promptly
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
- Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing and loading vehicles
- Experience supervising 5 or more staff to meet deadlines and keep consistent productivity throughout shift.
- Confident use of IT software packages
- Understanding of manual handling and basic Health & Safety requirements
- A FLT licence with 12 months experience using it
