We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Person to join our supply chain team in the Cheltenham Branch of Rexel.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
  • Assist in conducting cycle counts, returns, and logging supplier discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse.

Comfortable working to tight SLAs and shift patterns in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
  • COMMUNICATION: Clear communicator with experience liaising with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross‑functional teams; confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, giving and receiving instructions.
  • ADAPTABILITY: Have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the business’s needs.
