Looking for a new role to build a long lasting and rewarding career? We have an opening for a Warehouse/Driver Person to join our Cardiff Hub/Branch, working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 shift pattern. This role will allow you to learn from the ground up how to manage and run a successful wholesaling branch, starting off in the warehouse and supporting deliveries to our customers, then being taught how to engage and build customer partnerships via successful sales techniques.

Job Description:
As a Warehouse/Driver, you will be an integral part of the branch team, completing warehouse duties such as inwards stock control and picking and packing products from our vast product line, loading up the vans for deliveries, and covering delivery routes when required. You will transition into learning to support customers over the trade counter and via the phones, allowing you to have firsthand customer interaction and support the operation by offering great service to enhance customer satisfaction and secure repeat customers.

What we are looking for:
- DRIVING: Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, with no more than 3 points & be a minimum of 21 years old (Insurance Purposes)
- EXPERIENCE: Proven multi-drop & basic warehouse experience
- COMMUNICATION: Great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement with colleagues and customers
- ADAPTABILITY: Ability to switch up your day when needed to support the business's needs
