Job Description
We are looking for a Paralegal to provide high-quality legal support to the UK & Ireland business. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of in-house legal matters, including commercial contracts, company secretarial work, governance, insurance and property, with the opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day legal activities, including research and administration.
- Prepare and manage legal documents, including NDAs and standard commercial agreements.
- Support property legal work, including notices and post-completion administration.
- Ensure company secretarial filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate SDLT returns and related payments following property transactions.
- Keep legal systems and records accurate, organised and up to date.
- Support insurance renewals, questionnaires, accreditations and related business reporting.
- Process legal invoices and support financial tracking.
- Support the General Counsel with meetings, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Respond to queries from colleagues and external advisors in a timely and professional way.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Legal and Corporate Affairs team as needed.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors where required.
