Als Assistent Productmanager bij Rexel ondersteun je de Productmanagers bij het beheren en optimaliseren van productgroepen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles rondom prijzen, voorraad en productinformatie soepel verloopt, zowel richting leveranciers, collega’s én klanten.

- 20% Samenwerken met interne afdelingen
- 10% Bewaken van prijzen
- 10% Voorraad en forecast van producten monitoren
- 10% Zorgen voor correcte koppelingen met tools
- 10% Meewerken aan inkoopstrategie en voorstellen doen voor optimalisatie
- 10% Helpen bij in- en uitfaseren van producten en retourprocessen
- 10% Volgen van marktontwikkelingen leveranciers
- 10% Opvolgen van marketingactiviteiten leveranciers
- 10% Opstellen van interne en externe rapportages
Je hebt een breed takenpakket, waarbij je focus is om de Productmanagers te ondersteunen. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met collega’s binnen de afdeling Inkoop en van Marketing, Logistiek en Verkoop. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Productgroepen en bent een belangrijke schakel in het succesvol uitvoeren van onze inkoopstrategie. De Productmanagers zijn verantwoordelijk voor verschillende productgroepen. In deze productgroep zitten diverse leveranciers. In jouw rol heb je nauw contact met deze leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Als er bijvoorbeeld een prijswijziging komt of een product wordt vervangen, dan pak je dit in samenwerking met de Productmanager op. Je zorgt ervoor dat de betrokken interne afdelingen op de hoogte zijn en acties kunnen ondernemen. Ook help je mee om de leveranciersinformatie te koppelen met (interne) tools. Zo werk je samen aan de optimale productvoorraad en correcte up-to-date informatie.
Functie-eisen
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met productmanagement en/of inkoop
- Je kunt goed communiceren in Nederlands en Engels
- Analytisch vermogen, proactief en resultaatgericht
- Interesse in techniek
