We are excited to offer a Branch Manager Designate position, designed for individuals ready to take the next step in their career. This role includes an initial 4 month training program, during which you will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience. Following the training, you will be allocated your own branch within the region, where you will lead and drive success. Possible branches within this region are based in Northampton, Cambridge, Peterborough, Bedford, Luton, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Corby and Wellingborough.
