Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Warehouse Operatives. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders to be delivered directly to them onsite. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse
  • Assist in conducting cycle counts, returns & logging supplier discrepancies
  • Communicate effectively with management & team members
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse

Comfortable working to tight SLAs and shift patterns in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • COMMUNICATION: Clear communicator with experience liaising with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross-functional teams; confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, giving and receiving instructions.
  • ADAPTABILITY: Ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the business's needs.
