Job Description
As a Branch Assistant, you will be the face of our wholesale branch, providing excellent customer service on the Trade Counter to trade professionals and members of the public.
You will also take ownership of shop displays to highlight promotions and store offers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to customers over the phone and face-to-face.
- Handle stock in and out, including order processing, picking and packing, store transfers, and stock control.
- Serve customers efficiently and professionally at the Trade Counter.
- Make sales calls to a portfolio of existing and new customers, working closely with the external sales team.
- Raise quotations, follow up on quotations, and process customer orders.
- Assist with goods in/out, loading/unloading delivery vans, and picking/packing orders, which may involve some heavy lifting.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by learning about new products entering the market.
