Job Description:
As an Inventory Administrator, you’ll support the smooth running of our warehouse and inventory processes, helping to ensure stock data is accurate, systems are up to date, and operational teams have the information they need to deliver great service. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and keeping things running efficiently, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you will cover within the role:
- Supporting the Inventory and Operations teams with day-to-day administration
- Maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Helping with stock checks, cycle counts, and stock validation
- Assisting with stock transfers and rotation controls
- Producing reports and supporting inventory analysis
- Highlighting discrepancies and helping drive corrective action
- Supporting communication of process changes across the site
- Assisting with WMS training for new and existing colleagues
- Working with teams across the site to improve processes and solve problems
