Key Responsibilities
- Support the Internal Communications and Inclusion Manager in implementing communication strategies.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communication materials, ensuring alignment with Rexel's values and objectives.
- Coordinate engagement activities and events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Keep our teams informed about upcoming updates through our bi-weekly newsletter.
- Maintain our SharePoint intranet as a central tool for internal communication and engagement by managing and improving its content.
- Help drive engagement and awareness of communications by developing digital content.
- Develop internal communication campaigns and engagement activities to drive awareness and education.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a similar role or a background in communications, marketing, or HR is desirable.
- Proficiency in IT tools and platforms used for communication and engagement.
- A team player with a passion for creating meaningful connections within the workplace.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), including strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong design skills, with the ability to transform content into visually engaging and impactful pieces.
- Demonstrate creativity, curiosity and inventiveness, with a proven track record of producing content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- SharePoint experience to support the management of our Intranet.
