We are looking for a Warehouse/FLT Operative to join our Warrington Hub, working Monday to Friday, 21:00 - 18:00. The role involves general warehouse duties including locating, picking and packing orders, navigating palletised goods from deliveries into allocated spaces, and loading vehicles for deliveries using MHE vehicles.

Essential qualifications: strong warehouse experience and a valid, in-date Counterbalance licence.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all inward & outward stock movements for the Hub efficiently, following company procedures, using IT systems where appropriate.
  • Pick and pack goods to fulfil customer orders efficiently, timely and safely.
  • Manage and maintain stock integrity, ensuring accurate completion of all cycle‑counts and stock‑takes.
  • Actively maintain and improve housekeeping standards, keeping stored goods tidy and in correct place.
  • Use mechanical handling equipment in accordance with company procedures where relevant.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety policies and procedures in daily activities.
