We are seeking a Junior Equities Business Manager to join our Capital Markets COO team. This role offers exposure to strategic, operational, and financial oversight across our Equities businesses, supporting sustainable growth and robust governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Support delivery of new Equities initiatives and change programmes
- Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and enhance management information
- Act as liaison between Equities desks and control/support functions
- Develop expertise to become a designated Business Manager for Equities desks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Strong understanding of Equities products and trade lifecycle
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk/compliance frameworks
