This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global TA team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on hiring for their customer care organisation. You’ll drive the end-to-end recruitment process and implement innovative strategies tailored to the Birmingham talent market. With a high-volume recruitment focus, this role requires a hands-on, proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The position is primarily office-based, with 4 days a week onsite, ensuring strong collaboration with local and global teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
